Mr. Haynes is a mechanical engineering graduate, a degree he attained from one of the universities in America. He furthered his studies by getting a Masters from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Dough lives with his family in New York, and he is not only working in the corporate world, but he is also in business. Haynes and his wife run the Fountain Inn in Ridgefield.

Haynes is also passionate about leadership and how it affects the performance of an organization. He has always wanted to offer his insight to other executives in different sectors. Haynes collaborated with other people who were rich in advice, and they began serving the corporate world in 2020. Dough mentioned that despite the covid-19 pandemic, he had accomplished his goals with the help of technology. He did not forget to mention that physical meeting brings out a lot in a person, which is what he prefers.
