The Kitchen has four chains that have adopted the vegetarian fast-food restaurant concept. It makes organic and vegetarian foods with vegetarian ingredients. It is widely available in the U.S and more than 11 countries worldwide.

Its four chains are in Santa Rosa in California, Medford in Oregon, Pocatello in Idaho, and Petaluma in California.
