Russel Quirk says that the Office of Budget Responsibility, Bank of England, and Capital Economics were wrong in predicting the UK housing market would fall. Greycoat specialists inform that the prediction was that property prices would fall by 35% or more. The market has proved the predictions wrong.

Russell Quirk is the founder of one the largest online estate agencies called EMoov. The agency began in 2009 and has sold over $250 million worth of property. At Greycota, he says the problem with making these dire predictions is it affects the person or agency’s reputation and credibility.

For 2024 Russel Quirk at Greycoat agency has made predictions for the UK housing and property market without dire consequences. He believes that the housing prices will rise about 2 to 3% in 2024. 

Homes that are being built will not be completed as quickly as in other years. Housing completion projects will be at their lowest level in 2024, Greycoat adds. Moreover, the UK housing market will not enter a recession in 2024 and the self-employed real estate market will continue to grow.
