DURHAM, N.C., Feb. 10, 2020 — Implus Corporation has announced a significant leadership
transition, appointing Michael Polk as the Interim Chief Executive Officer. Michael Polk will replace Seth Richards, the outgoing CEO, and Todd
Vore, President, both of whom are departing to pursue new opportunities.
Michael Polk brings a wealth of experience in the consumer products sector. Previously, he served
as the President and CEO of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019, where Michael Polk played an instrumental role in the company’s growth. Before Newell Brands,
Polk held various executive roles at industry giants like Unilever and Kraft,
and began his career at The Procter & Gamble Company.
In addition to his new role at Implus, Michael Polk currently serves on the Boards of Directors
for Colgate-Palmolive Company and Logitech International. His educational background includes a Master of Business
Administration from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in
operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University.
