NJ Ayuk Achievements
NJ Ayuk is an Attorney Who Runs One Of Africa’s Most Successful Law Conglomerates. He was born on December 11, 1967, and is a member of the Kebede tribe. He graduated from Addis Ababa University with a law degree before being admitted to the bar association. After obtaining his first small case, he quickly succeeded, becoming one of Africa’s most prominent attorneys and achieving international recognition as an entrepreneur in a law-based business.
He is the founder and Chairman of Ayuk & Company, LLC., a law firm that provides corporate advisory to both local and international investors in East Africa. He is also the founder of NJ Ayuk & Associates, LLC, a full-service accounting firm, and NJ Ayuk Consulting, an investment company that provides management services to public and private enterprises in Ethiopia. His other business interests include being a significant shareholder in Umoja Tulu Afrika Infrastructure Ltd. and Iftin Holding and a consultant at Ayuk & Associates. He is currently the Chairman of the board of directors for Southland Holdings, Kato Engineering and Construction, Southern Air Charter, and Southland Engineering. He also owns Rwanda’s largest television station, Kigali TV.
NJ Ayuk is the managing partner of Centurion Law Group, a pan-African corporate law conglomerate specializing in energy, extractive industries, and the financial sector. He is also a member of the Young Leaders Club, the African Leadership Network, and the African Business Advisory Council.
Forbes Magazine has described him as ‘the entrepreneurial law defender.’ The Wall Street Journal and the New York Times noted some of his business interests for their success in Africa’s economic growth. He sits on many governmental boards and committees, from International Relations to Government Procurement to Investment Promotion.
NJ Ayuk has been recognized as one of the top CEOs in Africa, and recently Forbes Magazine named him one of the top 40 young entrepreneurs in Africa.
